Haven Ross, Social Media Chair

Paul Larimer is one of the most stand-out characters in the senior class. He is a go-to. He is the friend you go to for laughs, go to for a solid date to a dance, go to for a long lunch idea, and a go-to for a good time. With his great sense of humor, style, and golf skills, Paul has become a well-known student on the campus of RMA. Isabel Smith said, “I have known Paul since we were crawling around at Good Shepherd #2005. I can always count on him to be weirder than me and to distract me in Mrs. Helms’ class. You will never catch Paul in a pair of jeans because he always has to look sharp. He is an all-around great friend to have, and I am glad I’ve known him this long.” Anyone can count on Paul to fill a classroom with laughter over a funny way to remember something or a simple joke. Paul’s humorous and fun personality is unique, and he is loved by all for it.

In the classroom, Paul continues to shine. He takes a mixture of AP and Honors classes and notes that his favorite classes over his time at RMA have been Mr. Stone’s. A natural in front of people, Paul earned the Excellence in Public Speaking award. He also shines on the links! Paul is an avid golf player. It is his hobby, his job, and his lifestyle, and he is a vital member of the RMA golf team. He has gotten the “Benvenue Country Club Jr. Club Championship Runner-Up for four years. Congratulations, Chris, on your victories.” Paul is not only a dedicated student and athlete though. His commitment to hard work and helping our community helped get him the title of Eagle Scout.

Anyone who has had the pleasure to meet Paul is lucky. Fellow students all have fond memories of the wittiest member of the senior class. Paul’s kindness and quick humor will not be forgotten. He has left a legacy of friendship, laughter, and dedication greatness.
