This week’s senior spotlight focuses on athlete and friendly face Jarrett Snipes! Jarrett has been attending RMA since 8th Grade, becoming an asset for sports and academics at the school. Jarrett’s athleticism in football and baseball shine on the diamond and the field, making his skills needed on every team he participates in. He can be found playing during games, cheering on his other teammates, or supporting friends on the sidelines. Known for his friendliness, Jarrett is always willing to lend a helping hand to the other seniors or underclassmen in the halls. He is a vital member of Key Club where he participates in community service projects and helping other organizations in the community. Jarrett has worked hard throughout his high school career applying himself to all aspects of education, making him a well rounded student. How long have you been attending RMA?

I have been at RMA since the 8th grade.

 

What is your favorite part about the school?

Playing sports

 

What are your favorite sports teams?

Minnesota Vikings, North Carolina Tarheels, and Boston Celtics

 

What is your biggest pet peeve?

People parking in my parking spot.

 

What colleges are you planning on applying to?

East Carolina University

 

What is your favorite RMA memory?

Winning a state championship in football

 

If you could have one conversation with anyone, who would it be?

Michael Jordan

 

Where do you see yourself in ten years?

President of the United States

What advice would you give to underclassmen?

Play as many sports as possible
